Trigger! playout software solution for Irish state broadcaster RTE

trigger_resolution_web Trigger! is an intuitive, all-in-one audio playout software solution. Trigger lends itself equally well to sequential playback scenarios as it does to productions where non-sequential cueing is preferred. There are two modes of operation: Setup and Show-Mode and three Layout Styles: Standard, Grid and Free-form. The software will work with any hardware configuration (using either WDM or ASIO drivers on Windows) with the potential to access unlimited audio outputs, unlimited polyphony and cues. Trigger can be used for video as well as audio playback, and runs on Windows and Mac OS.

RSAS, the UK based developer of Trigger, announced that Irish state broadcaster, RTE has taken delivery of several Trigger licenses, in a first move to replace it’s existing audio playback ‘grams’ software at it’s studio complex in Donnybrook, Dublin. The order comes hot on the heels of an order for six Trigger licenses from US based outside broadcaster Rush Media. Existing UK customers include CTV, Prolink and Solent University. UK production credits for Trigger include The Brit Awards, Eurovision – You Decide, and Britain’s Got More Talent.
